We plan and manage development projects from A to Z. The project begins with initial consultations, continues with finding or assessing appropriate location for the construction and providing a feasibility study. In many cases, we represent our clients in negotiations with government authorities, public institutions and other parties involved in the project. Subsequently, we create the project documentation according to the client’s needs, we manage the process of obtaining a building permit and we organise a tender for construction contractors. Once the construction starts, we provide author’s and technical supervision of the site. At the end of the project, we conduct a trial run and final approval. During the whole duration of the project we regularly consult the investors to ensure their satisfaction with the final result.

Study of a project plan

The feasibility study includes systematically arranged information needed for an overall evaluation of the investment project. It describes major findings related to all important aspects. Its objective is to evaluate different alternatives, provide all technical and economic insights for a final investment decision and verify if the best possible option has been selected, the financial requirements have been properly assessed, the investment sustainability has been proven and all the risks have been identified.

Project documentation

The scope of our deliverables and activities ranges from providing feasibility studies, designing digital visualisations of the final result, management of planning project works beginning with initial ideas and investor’s requests until the building’s opening. Engineering activities

Engineering activities include supervision and management of project works, preparation of the project with all necessary documentation, surveys, assessments, authorities’ statements and a technical solution. Furthermore, they include all necessary permits needed for development - territorial proceedings, a building permit, a construction announcement, public administrative contracts and construction inspector’s certificates.
We coordinate and provide tenders for construction contractors and also an author’s supervision during the construction phase of the project. We process and design change requests based on investor’s requirements. We guide our clients through the process of a location scouting, usability studies, interior design and launching of the operations.

Technical supervision of the construction
